Math XSLT Stylesheets - version 0.2

2005-07-15 13:10

Released version 0.2 of Math XSLT Stylesheets - write math articles in XHTML based format.

This is yet a poor pre-alpha release but a draft of a real math article Theory of Formulas is already published on the Web using these XSLT stylesheets.

You can read XHTML+MathML using a MathML supporting Web browser.

Even the current version of the stylesheets supports separate template and metadata files. It also can convert content MathML markup into presentational MathML markup.

Currently Math XSLT Stylesheets can produce the standard XHTML+MathML Web pages from input files in modified XHTML format.

In the future should be also added conversion into PostScript (using html2ps) and into LaTeX.

So these XSLT stylesheets are to grow in the full scale replacement of LaTeX, the tool and file format for writing math articles.
