The Immediate Reason why the Society is Founded

I quite likely will receive Abel Prize (an international $1000000 reward) for my mathematical research.

But it is quite noticeable that Russian politicians including Russian President Vladimir Putin also have noticed this. It is clearly seen that only with sad heart Putin can say We are for human rights and will act accordingly Russian constitution. (At the time of writing this he does not want that I would receive any official prizes, but Putin confesses that he has no right to keep me.)

I'm not personally opposed to Putin, I realize why he is so irritated about me, I think any man would be irritated by this, the situation around me is really very much too silly and really may cause problems (which I'm going to eliminate by this proclamation).

Certain prize committees are also in confusion, they don't know how to present me (I read thoughts at distance a little, so I know.) If I will be rewarded, I ask you to present me as a member of Not Russians organization. Or you may not present me this way, it is not your problem, as in fact it anyway is implied as this is written on my Web site. Present me in some way, or say only my name, in fact you have no choice how to present me as it is anyway implied that I'm presented as a member of Not Russians. No choice, no problem of choice, I bore this your problem on myself.

So this should be a solution acceptable for anybody.

This is the immediate reason why this organization was founded. But as this organization already happened to be created, now its purposes are not limited to this one thing.

Later I to add a page on the story of the creation of this organization how I was going to proclaim embargo to Russia, but changed my mind for higher spiritual knowledge level and refused to do this barbarian act. See this blog message and its traceback.

Rules of Membership

Anybody from any country can become a member of Not Russians society.

There are only one rule for members: Any member must agree that:

if some thing is done by Russians, it does not imply or even elevates that this thing should be done;
if some thing is not done by Russians, it does not imply or even elevates that this thing should be not done.

At the first glance the second item seems to be just a reformulation of the first, but the second item is particularly important. For example, second item means that if Russians do not sponsor some organization, this does not imply that this organization should be not sponsored. (Every member of the organization is free to have his own special opinion of whether in this case such Russian located organization is to be sponsored where it is in Russia or to be evacuated from the territory of Russia.)

We reserve the right to count anybody who refused to become a member of this organization equal to Russians and apply to him the same rules as to Russians.

Structure

Currently there are no specific organization structure. Now it is just pages on a Web site.

The coordinator of the organization is Victor Porton and the headquarters are currently located in Russia, Perm.

Religious Aspects

The chief of Not Russians, Victor Porton deems that only these persons who qualify for membership in this organization may go to paradise, all the rest will go to hell (because of biblical concept of nation of God separated from any nation of the Earth naturally including Russian nation like any other).

But this is the personal opinion of Victor Porton, Not Russians is not a religious organization and does not insist on certain religious belief.

As the chief of the organization I probably may decide to invite George Bush (president of USA) to become a member of this organization.

In general anybody qualifying for a goodwill is welcomed to become a member.

Is Not Russians Society related with Orange Revolution and/or with multi-millionaire Soros?

No, it is not related. However if Soros will choose to become a member of Not Russians, he is free to apply for membership (like anybody else).

What is the citizenship of Victor Porton, the chief of Not Russians?

Accordingly, official documents of Russian Federation, Victor Porton is a citizen of Russia.

But we as required for members of this organization do not accept that Victor Porton is a citizen of Russia, but deem the state documents and Constitution of Russian Federation erroneous.
