By the method is understood 21 Century Math Method and Extension-Definition methods as described in 21 Century Math Method and related documents by Victor Porton with possible future modifications or ammendments and any related documents.

The following trademarks, any abbreviatures, accronims, derivations, and modifications thereof, as well as any trademarks met in 21 Century Math Method and related documents, belong to Victor Porton:

Axiomatic loop^TM (includes axiomatic loop as the proper name of a scheme, construct, or situation, excludes the cases when axiomatic is an adjective applied to the proper separate meaning of loop in other typical contexts of usage for loop such an axiomatic for topological loops).
Backward axiom^TM (excludes the cases of Backward Axiom being a proper name of some axiom, includes use of backward characterizing an axiom as related with an axiomatic loop or something similar).

Informal (unofficical) note: I probably will diclaim some of the above trademarks.

Every time you use these trademarks in a published work or a Web document, you must provide the link to the author's Web site; every software which uses this method must prominently refer to this site in all appropriate places and notices such as copyright notice, about box, installer messages, help etc. and encourage to visit this site.

For every software which contains the above trademarks in code, documentation, help, or software Web site or any other related materials, you must:

In the case of any relevant legal issues, this license may be temporarily frozen that is you temporarily lost the rights provided to you by this license untils the issues will be resolved. What are and what are not relevant legal issues is decided at sole discretion of Victor Porton.

These licensing conditions are designed in such a way to make commercial profit for the author without limiting the freedom of research.

Informal (religious) Notes

Accordingly Bible, God has immortality (see 1Tim 6:16). You may wonder, why then God has written a testament, see e.g. Luk 22:29 and other verses of New Testament? (especially He 9:16).

I understand that the reason is that many entities (stupidly) await of the death of God. So God wisely has written a testament to influence the behavior of these entities.

Likewise even despite of I'm not going to die ever but to live here until the Second Come of Christ and to that with help of God I have already learned to overcome mutagens and to mutate back, I publish a testament.

My Testament

I, Victor Porton, born in city Perm, Russia in 1980 confer 27 Apr 2005 that after my death:

All my trademarks which I own or ever owned become public/common property in all jurisdictions except of no entity, person, country, or state has the right to claim related trademarks or copyrights.
On any entity, person, country, or state which violates or intentedly and officially attempts to violate this document from the moment of violation is embargoed to accomplish any external finansical operations ever. Any finansical documents of this entity become void.
